Camera on my feeder got moisture in it causing the picture to be blurry. A new camera was sent right out and works perfectly. I appreciate the fast response and delivery.

Fast, efficient and just what I needed.

The smart feeder is great for anyone that loves birds and wants to share your love of birds with others. It is easy to assemble and maintain. BUT best of all, if you do run into problems the support provided cannot be matched. Could not recommend it more.

I’m happy with cable, but during recent rains my camera took a dump, I’m not sure what a replacement might cost.

It did not fit my bird feeder

A deer broke the original perch. It was super easy to order the birdreel replacement. It arrived quickly! Now birds are back to feeding and I am happy.

A raccoon decided he was going to enjoy my feeder. Took it down, destroyed the solar panel on the roof. I made a call to Birdreel, and they sent me a NEW roof at no cost! TOP NOTCH customer service! Highly recommend this company!

The videos of each bird visit is great quality. Night videos are black/white but very clear. The ability to make a still shot from the video is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Best investment I’ve ever made.

My wife got me one for my birthday and after two bear attacks it is still working fine. I just had an issue with woodpecker damage to the camera which was worked out perfectly.

Great support from the Bird Reel crew. They go out of their way to help and solve issues.

We love the bird reel. We have the hummingbird feeder so right now we are just using the tray with. Safflower seed. We are loving seeing up close who is visiting.
