The BirdReel company was very prompt to assist me with the set up and troubleshooting of my new hummingbird feeder. It has worked terrific all summer and now that the hummingbirds are gone I will bring it in for the winter and put my BR-11 feeder, which I have had for a couple of years ,back out. I love both of these feeders and they give me close ups of birds that I had not had before. Pricy but good quality and excellent support. They are well worth the money for the enjoyment I receive.

BirdReel Camera Screw - BF11

I recently had to order a replacement cable for the solar panels to the camera and replace the perch.Very fast delivery.
Doggone squirrels are eating the electrical cord. This is the second replacement! And when they fall from a tree onto the perch, they break it down because they are fat from eating all the bird food. Rascals!

BirdReel Perch - Gen 2 - Green

I have three bird cam feeders and another nesting box. This bird house is the BEST of the bird cams for a number of reasons. First, this was far easier to set up and pair than the others. It took a few minutes. No confusing parts to assemble, no screws and tools. I like that it is made of plain real wood and not painted particle board or plastic. The camera is easy to put in and take out, unlike others that required pressing hard plastic sides to release the camera from its housing or contorting my hand to reach in to insert micro SD cards. I especially love the double solar panels built into the roof. The others required mounting ugly white panels near the feeder. I’ll be getting a BirdReel feeder in the future to replace another brand.

Great cable, good length, great price, fast shipping. I was so thankful to find this company and to see they sold the solar cable for a very reasonable price. I bought several in case the squirrel chews up another one.

The raccoon caused damage to my bird reel camera but thanks to Bird Reel parts availability I only had to purchase the parts not a new camera. I am very thankful for the opportunity for this!

I just wish I could get the camera to work. I am offline and I cannot get stuff to work anymore. Just a little help would be appreciated.
