The videos of each bird visit is great quality. Night videos are black/white but very clear. The ability to make a still shot from the video is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Best investment I’ve ever made.

My wife got me one for my birthday and after two bear attacks it is still working fine. I just had an issue with woodpecker damage to the camera which was worked out perfectly.

Great support from the Bird Reel crew. They go out of their way to help and solve issues.

We love the bird reel. We have the hummingbird feeder so right now we are just using the tray with. Safflower seed. We are loving seeing up close who is visiting.

The camera bird feeder market is very crowded now with many cheap (price and materials) poorly made & supported products out on the market; Birdreel is NOT one of them. It is a well made, quality product. It was easy to set up...less than 10 minutes. I installed mine on a Wild Birds Unlimited pole system on their umbrella stand so I can move it around my yard if necessary. Squirrel baffle is essential unless you want many pictures and videos of squirrels. Camera is outstanding and phone app is good. Very HAPPY with this purchase and am now considering the Birdreel Camera Bird House.

Birdreel has gone above and beyond in terms of customer support for me. I’ll be back for all future camera/birdfeeder needs.

My problem was solved immediately and now the birds and I are back to enjoying each other.

Have enjoyed the camera and seeing who's at the feeder when I'm not watching live! Easy to set up and install, and the videos are very helpful. Customer support has been beyond amazing, I had some hiccups (user error) that they helped me work through with kindness and patience. This would make a great addition to any back yard, and a great gift for any bird enthusiast!
