Easy to install and works great!

I bought the Bird Reel Smart Feeder NH13 to watch my favorite bird the bluebird. This has been one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself. I have literally watched the mom lay her eggs and then watch them hatch. I am watching this real time and at the same time I can hit the record or photo. LOL everyone at work is stopping by to watch and having total meltdowns watching the babies be fed by both mom and dad. Don’t hesitate buy this you will be so happy! The final egg was hatched on Monday and here they are on Saturday!

Help desk was very helpful and knowledgeable! Easy to install. Wish it was a tiny bit longer so the squirrel proof cage would fit over the bird reel. All in all, very satisfied!

I received this BirdReel cam for Christmas in 2024. It was purchased at a Wild Birds Unlimited Store where I frequently purchase my wild birds yummies. This camera takes great pics and videos of my feathered friends visiting the feeder. So nice to be up close and personal. It also has a "Identify" on the home screen if you are not sure of who came by to say hello and thank you for the meal. I found set up very easy and it paired right away with my cell phone. It's durable and very easy to refill. My uncle who is a retired mechanic recycled a brake rotor. He sand blasted and powder coated it to accommodate the pole system. This way I can move it around my yard and it's heavy enough where the wind will not blow it over. It's easy to clean and maintain. Just remember to close the app on your phone so it will not drain the battery.

Camera on my feeder got moisture in it causing the picture to be blurry. A new camera was sent right out and works perfectly. I appreciate the fast response and delivery.

Fast, efficient and just what I needed.

The smart feeder is great for anyone that loves birds and wants to share your love of birds with others. It is easy to assemble and maintain. BUT best of all, if you do run into problems the support provided cannot be matched. Could not recommend it more.

I’m happy with cable, but during recent rains my camera took a dump, I’m not sure what a replacement might cost.
